Tell us what you need. Black Box Exports identifies U.S. supply options, coordinates quotations and purchasing, and works with logistics partners to move orders toward their international destination.
Black Box Exports is built around the buyer's RFQ. We search manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors for suitable U.S. supply options instead of limiting customers to one product category.

Black Box Exports can work as a sourcing and procurement agent or as the seller of goods, depending on the transaction. The commercial role, pricing basis, payment terms and responsibilities are defined in the quotation before an order is placed.
For buyer-directed sourcing, Black Box may charge an agreed procurement fee based on merchandise value, with the fee and scope disclosed before purchase.
Where Black Box acts as seller, the buyer receives a commercial product quotation. Our margin is incorporated into the quoted selling price.
For selected supplier relationships, Black Box may earn a manufacturer or distributor commission for international business it originates.
For agency transactions, the procurement fee is quoted before purchase and is based on the merchandise value being sourced—not international freight, duties or destination taxes. Smaller sourcing assignments may be subject to a minimum fee. Larger or recurring requirements are priced individually. When Black Box acts as seller, the buyer receives a product quotation rather than a separate sourcing commission.
International sourcing requires more than finding inventory. Our process incorporates export-control and transaction-screening considerations and coordinates required information with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders and other specialists as applicable.
Identify suitable U.S. manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.

Depending on the product and transaction, this can include obtaining or confirming supplier-provided ECCN/EAR99 information, screening transaction parties against applicable U.S. restricted-party lists, reviewing destination/end-use considerations, and coordinating export documentation and filing responsibilities with logistics partners. Where specialist or government determination is required, Black Box coordinates with the appropriate party rather than representing itself as legal counsel.

Send us the product, specification, quantity and destination. We'll use the requirement to begin identifying U.S. supply options.
How pricing works: Your quotation will state whether Black Box is acting as a procurement agent for an agreed fee or as the seller providing a quoted product price. Freight, insurance, duties and destination charges are identified separately when applicable.
